The first session of the KMPF started on 9th February 2009 at 10:30 am with registration of the faculties in the presence of RPs and KMTs.The programe inaugarted with a prayer followed by a speech of Dr. D. J. Desai (District Coordinator, Anand and Principal VPM) regarding overview of KMPF.

On the occasion, Dr B.C.Gandhi (Principal, Anand Commerce College) delivered an inspiring speech about the importance of the KMPF. The RPs then distribute the faculty in two different groups for further conduction of the programe. A tea break was facilitated for all the participants.

In the next session one of the groups was attending the English Language Session while the other was attending the Computer Laboratory activities. RPs  Dr. A. R. Jivani and Dr. C. R. Gurjar conductted the English Language Session while RPs Dr. P. M. Patel and Mr. R. H. Sadhu conducted the Computer Laboratory activities.

After completion of this session tea break was offered.The participants group exchange the activities in the third session of the day.

The faculties performed the English language exercises covered in the syllabus in a pleasant mood. Most of the participants opened their G-mail account and many their bloggs too. A list of G mail addresses of faculty is prepared.

At different stages participants responded the activities though their feedback. Finally, the participants were explained about the activities of the next phase of KMPF to be conducted on 4^th march 2009.  

The second phase of the KMPF was organized on 4^th March 2009 at 10:30 am with registration of the faculties in the presence of RPs and KMTs. The program initiated with a speech of Dr. P. M. Patel (RP) giving the outline of the work to be done on the day.

All faculty members attended the session. On the occasion, Dr D. J. Desai Principal, spared couple of minutes with participants to interact with them. The RPs makes arrangements of the LCD projector for the presentations of the participants. According to the subject discipline 10 groups of faculty were formulated. From each group one faculty member made power pint presentation on the pre selected current topic in their field. A tea break was facilitated for all the participants in between..

In the session. KMT Dr. T. H. Patel appealed the participants to join the KMPF group on the Google group network as early as possible. All four RPs monitored and helped the participants for better presentations. After each presentation participants responded to the presentation though their feedback.

Finally, the participants were explained about the activities of the computer Laboratory to be done on next day. The last phase of KMPF was conducted in 2^nd week of March-2009. The program was well anchored by Dr. C. R. Gurjar, one of the RPs.

The whole program was well supported and supervised by the two KMTs as well as the Principal, Dr. Desai. The cooperation of the office staff was kindly acknowledged at the last in vote of thanks by RPs.  The participants were facilitated with the certificate of the participation by the Principal Dr. D.J. Desai.
